Your information is used for profile verification, facilitating matrimonial connections within the community, service improvement, and communication of important notices.
3. Sharing of Information
Your profile and personal details may be displayed to other verified members of the Christhava Vellar community for matrimonial purposes. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Data Security
While we implement reasonable security measures, we do not guarantee absolute security.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
•  CVS shall not be liable for any data breach, hacking, unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or corruption of data.
•  You consent to sharing your personal and sensitive data at your own risk and cost.
•  The Sangam and CVS will bear no liability whatsoever for any damages, claims, or consequences arising from such incidents.
•  Technical responsibility lies with the website development team.
5. Payment Data
We do not store your banking or payment details. All payments (₹1,000 for six month membership plan) are non-refundable.
6. Children and Minors
The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals above 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Changes to Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
